Swift observed PNVJ23244760+6111140 for 0.3ks on 2021-03-24.064 
Swift/XRT 
detected an X-ray source with 
the net count rate of 0.0430 +/-0.0130 cts/s at the position 
of the transient. 
Fixing the absorbing column density 
to the Galactic value in the direction of the source, 
n_H = 37.68x10^20 cm^-2 (Kalberla et al. 2005 A&A, 440, 775), 
the spectrum can be fit with the absorbed power law with the photon 
index of 3.93 +/-0.87 and the unabsorbed 0.3-10.0 keV flux 
of 4x10^-12 ergs/cm^2/s. 


An ultraviolet source is detected at the position of the transient 
with the following UVOT magnitudes (Vega system):
